Yes. We recommend you add trusted friends and neighbors as Monitors to check on your house for you if you are away. You can add Monitors in the Roost app on your smartphone.
If you have multiple devices, perhaps some in a relative's home and some in your own home, you can add monitors by device. For example, you may want your neighbor to monitor your home, but maybe another person to monitor your elderly mother's home if you have installed a device in her home tied to your Roost Account. Or perhaps you have a vacation home and have installed Roost Smart devices in both your regular and vacation home. You can set up different monitors for the devices at each of these locations, since you set up monitors by device, not by account.
At Roost we care about your peace of mind. If there's an emergency while you're away, your friends and neighbors will be notified if there is an alert.
